Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite advisory roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend impact analysis (exponential tech focus)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or industry disruption
- Advanced proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Research preferred
