Responsibilities
- Forecast disruptive trends across AI, biotech, and quantum computing through horizon scanning
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market evolutions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce actionable strategic roadmaps with 3-5 year implementation paths
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify first-mover opportunities
- Present foresight findings to executive teams and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into narratives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
