- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Curate an internal 'Future Radar' system for continuous trend monitoring
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing features and architectures
- Host thought leadership events and publish industry-shaping white papers
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Expertise in emerging tech domains (AGI, quantum computing, neurotech)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Shell's Two Loops)
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills for complex concepts
- Deep understanding of socio-technological impact assessment frameworks
