Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neurotech, and climate resilience solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-proof strategies into product development cycles
- Curate and analyze proprietary datasets from global innovation ecosystems
- Present scenario-planning frameworks to investors and board members quarterly
- Manage a $2M annual innovation portfolio with measurable ROI targets
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and exclusive industry foresight forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or equivalent with 7+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend impact analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies: AGI, synthetic biology, quantum systems
- Executive-level presentation skills with experience to Fortune 500 audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Certification in APF (Association of Professional Futurists) or equivalent
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
