- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework with quantifiable impact metrics
- Present trend analyses and scenario plans to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Author thought leadership publications positioning Horizon Labs as a future authority
- Manage an annual $5M innovation budget for 2026-priority initiatives
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation analysts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or Innovation Strategy (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite advisory roles
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and technology impact assessment
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published work in futurist journals or major industry publications
