Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and behavioral shifts to forecast 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate foresight into R&D and business planning
- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings with actionable recommendations
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their commercial implications
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, Technology, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented frameworks that drove business growth
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of technological convergence and socio-economic disruption patterns
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures to executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., APF, WFS) or equivalent practical experience
