Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends, market disruptions, and geopolitical shifts to identify strategic opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop and implement long-term innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional teams in scenario planning workshops and future-state modeling exercises
- Produce high-impact trend reports and whitepapers on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Advise C-suite executives on strategic pivots and market positioning for the post-2025 landscape
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Monitor KPIs for strategic initiatives and adjust forecasts based on real-time data
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, neural interfaces, synthetic biology
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling skills with advanced analytics tools
