Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technological, economic, and societal trends through 2026 using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios and adaptation strategies
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Report' with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Build and maintain global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Champion innovation culture through mentorship and thought leadership initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes impacting future business landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, neurotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
