Responsibilities
- Forecast disruptive technologies and societal shifts through quantitative modeling and qualitative foresight
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes and regulatory environments
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future-proofing strategies
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on emerging megatrends
- Partner with R&D to incubate next-gen products and services targeting 2026 launch windows

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership

- Mastery of horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, AI trend forecasting)
- Deep expertise in at least one emerging domain: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate AI
