Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 strategic vision roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership positioning InnovateX as an industry pioneer
- Partner with R&D to prioritize breakthrough initiatives aligned with 2026 market projections
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical, technological, and societal disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish metrics to track strategic progress and adapt to emerging paradigm shifts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling with proficiency in trend analysis and forecasting tools
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, Technology, or related field
- Portfolio of published thought leadership or strategic frameworks
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term transformation initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (preferred)
