Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions relevant to 2026
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate future insights into product roadmaps and business strategies
- Present compelling vision narratives to stakeholders through executive briefings, white papers, and thought leadership content
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and innovation hubs to access cutting-edge knowledge
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and environmental megatrends with quantified impact assessments
- Champion experimental initiatives and rapid prototyping of future-focused solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR) and their societal implications
