Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends, technologies, and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across diverse sectors
- Present strategic foresight insights through executive briefings, white papers, and immersive future-state workshops
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Translate complex future projections into actionable roadmaps for product development and market positioning
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype solutions for anticipated future challenges and opportunities
- Publish thought leadership content on future-focused platforms and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting with demonstrable impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex future concepts into compelling narratives
- Proven experience advising C-suite executives on strategic decision-making under uncertainty
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused research or strategic frameworks
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
