Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Analytics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurist roles with demonstrated impact on organizational strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives for executive audiences
- Strong proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi methods, trend mapping software)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through strategic transformation initiatives

- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
