Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework incorporating AI, quantum computing, and climate tech disruptions
- Lead cross-functional scenario-planning workshops to identify emerging opportunities and systemic risks
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present visionary insights to investors, board members, and industry stakeholders
- Drive innovation incubation programs focused on 2026 market readiness
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting long-term business strategy
- Build and mentor a high-performing futurist task force
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or disruptive tech companies
- Proven track record of developing multi-year roadmaps that generated >$100M revenue
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, biotech regulations, and climate policy
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work trends
- Experience with horizon scanning and Delphi methodology
