Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts through 2026 lens
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future intelligence into organizational DNA
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Report' with data-driven predictions and recommendations
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with future market demands
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging threats and opportunities
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and metaverse ecosystems
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative communication skills
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementations
