Responsibilities

- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine symbiosis
- Partner with Fortune 500 C-suite executives to embed 2026 foresight into corporate strategy
- Curate annual 'State of 2026' global reports for UN and WEF summits
- Establish innovation labs in 3 emerging markets (Nigeria, Vietnam, Colombia)
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our 'Horizon Fellowship' program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- 10+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 100 or global policy institutions
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on long-term technological impact
- Deep fluency in exponential technologies (blockchain, synthetic biology, quantum AI)
- Proven track record of influencing national/international policy frameworks
- Experience with participatory futures methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Certification in Systems Dynamics Modeling or equivalent analytical rigor
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented future-shaping initiatives
