- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Analyze emerging trends (metaverse, AGI, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead scenario planning for geopolitical, economic, and technological disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and investor committees
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions
- Author industry thought leadership on post-2025 business paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or C-suite innovation roles
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with 85%+ accuracy
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or MBA with specialization
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation
- Published research on 2025+ technology impacts preferred
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight
