Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability domains
- Produce high-impact scenario-planning reports for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex foresight into actionable product and service strategies
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional skills in scenario planning, systems thinking, and pattern recognition
- Track record of publishing thought leadership in futurism or technology
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategy
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) highly desirable
