Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and oversee the development of scalable AI infrastructure capable of supporting enterprise growth through 2026 and beyond.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define long-term technical strategies for AI integration, ensuring alignment with business objectives and emerging market trends.
- Lead Innovation Projects: Spearhead research and development in Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI to create competitive advantages.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously analyze and improve system performance, latency, and resource efficiency.
- Collaborate & Mentor: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, while mentoring junior talent on best practices.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and data governance standards to protect sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering or AI architecture, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI Mastery: Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Machine Learning algorithms.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale technical challenges.
