Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies and market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast and prioritize 2026 innovation opportunities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and societal impacts on future business models
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate future-vision into tangible product concepts
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 industry transformations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into successful business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future trends or technology impacts
- Experience leading high-impact, ambiguous projects in tech or consulting
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
