Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic forecasts integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology disruptions
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership, translating complex futures into executable roadmaps
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author quarterly 'FutureScan' reports with actionable recommendations for board-level decisions
- Design and implement horizon scanning frameworks to identify emerging threats and opportunities
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies and strategic adaptation
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field with 8+ years of applied experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into successful business strategies for 2026+ horizons
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) and societal trend analysis
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation and influence capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight academy) preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning publications
