Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and market disruptions through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation and organizational adaptation
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for leadership teams across global markets
- Produce foresight reports and trend briefings for stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across departments
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech
- Proven track record of trend analysis and scenario planning
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Global perspective with cross-cultural collaboration experience
