Responsibilities
- Develop and publish comprehensive trend analyses forecasting societal, technological, and economic shifts by 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing next-generation solutions for sustainable urban development and human-machine symbiosis
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to accelerate breakthrough research
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders with data-driven scenario modeling
- Oversee incubation of pilot projects in quantum computing applications and neuro-technology integration
- Mentor futurist talent while building departmental frameworks for long-term strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record of publishing influential trend reports or white papers on emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning frameworks
