Responsibilities
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026+ by analyzing exponential technology curves, geopolitical shifts, and cultural evolution patterns
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing organizational structures, talent models, and innovation pipelines
- Produce high-impact foresight reports translating complex signals into actionable business strategies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to identify breakthrough applications of emerging technologies
- Design and run scenario-planning simulations for high-stakes business decisions
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist experts across academic, corporate, and government sectors
- Present findings to Fortune 500 boards and venture capital investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented strategies implemented by Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Analysis, STEEPVL modeling)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals or industry whitepapers
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ multi-year strategic roadmaps successfully implemented
