Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 strategic vision framework encompassing AI, biotech, climate tech, and emerging digital paradigms
- Lead cross-functional foresight initiatives including scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling
- Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate future-proof innovations into product roadmaps
- Deliver high-impact strategic briefings to stakeholders and executive leadership quarterly
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership content on emerging trends and strategic foresight methodologies
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks through data-driven predictive modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with proven impact on long-term business strategy
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, metaverse)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Track record of developing and implementing successful 3-5 year strategic frameworks
- Strong presentation skills with experience influencing C-suite executives and boards
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, Technology, or related field
- Published thought leadership or patents in innovation, foresight, or disruptive technologies
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
