- Author annual 'Future State' reports for investors and internal stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with 2026 benchmarks
- Build a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future planning roles
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into market opportunities
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario modeling, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or Technology preferred
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal shifts
