Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to inform 5-10 year strategic planning
- Develop scenario-based models for market disruption and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and conference presentations
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify partnership opportunities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 or tech scale-ups
- Proven track record of translating futuristic insights into market outcomes
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or MBA with specialization
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and war-gaming methodologies
- Portfolio of published futurist work or strategic roadmaps
