Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead quantum computing research initiatives in partnership with MIT and Stanford
- Architect AI ethics frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Drive sustainability initiatives targeting net-zero operations by 2026
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget across 3 innovation pods
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board quarterly
- Build and mentor a 12-person innovation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching billion-dollar innovations
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on quantum/AI
- Published research in Nature/Science journals (2018-2023)
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ innovators
- Deep knowledge of climate tech policy frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin/Spanish for global partnerships
