Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to develop 2026 industry forecasts and strategic frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing future-focused initiatives with measurable impact
- Design scenario-planning models for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Produce white papers and thought leadership on future-of-work paradigms
- Partner with C-suite to embed foresight into corporate strategy and investment decisions
- Manage the 2026 Innovation Pipeline, from ideation to prototyping
- Represent Horizon Labs at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing long-term (>3 year) strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization mastery
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience leading cross-continental virtual teams
