Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite decision-making in AI governance and ethical tech deployment
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on emerging tech implications for Fortune 500 clients
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Advise on policy development for emerging technologies including quantum computing and neurotech
- Design and implement innovation incubators for 2026-era solutions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Exceptional data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or D3.js
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and Delphi techniques
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment (e.g., from APF or WFS)
