Responsibilities

- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Present compelling futures scenarios to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Monitor competitive landscapes and disruptor activities across key sectors
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) within product ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services post-2020
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures narratives
- Experience building and managing high-impact innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
