Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Global Foresight Report synthesizing geopolitical, technological, and socioeconomic shifts
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into innovation roadmaps
- Establish proprietary trend-detection systems using AI-augmented research methodologies
- Mentor a team of junior futurists while building external thought leadership through keynote presentations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to validate emerging technologies against future market demands
- Advise on ethical implications of disruptive technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of publishing influential foresight reports or trend analyses
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and systems thinking frameworks
- Proficiency in AI-driven research tools and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience advising executive teams on strategic implications of emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight-to-strategy implementation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
