Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to develop 3-5 year strategic foresight
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Deliver executive-level briefings on disruptive trends and their strategic implications
- Design future-proof business models and operational frameworks for next-gen digital ecosystems
- Establish KPIs to track evolution toward 2026 strategic milestones and adjust course dynamically
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author thought leadership content positioning Horizon as the voice of 2026 innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing long-term tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, AR/VR, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent experience
- Published thought leader in innovation or foresight publications
- Experience presenting to C-suite and boards on transformative concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
