- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-making

- Produce annual 'Futurescape' reports with predictive insights
- Partner with product teams to incubate next-gen offerings
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and tech summits
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy
- Deep expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning frameworks
- Published thought leadership on emerging trends (e.g., AI ethics, quantum computing)
- Experience with Delphi method, STEEP analysis, and trend impact matrices
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into business KPIs
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
