Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision, identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Analyze global trends in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and space exploration
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Collaborate with R&D to incubate breakthrough innovations
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote speeches at global forums
- Manage a $10M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven milestones
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (2018-2025)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and exponential growth trends
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and Fortune 500 boards
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight required
