Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to forecast technological and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum adoption and AGI integration
- Lead innovation workshops with R&D teams to prototype 2026-viable products
- Partner with venture capital arm to scout and evaluate frontier technology startups
- Author quarterly foresight reports for executive and board decision-making
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neuro-interfaces
- Represent company at global futurist forums and tech summits
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (AI, quantum, bioengineering)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-viable innovation roadmaps
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on tech transformation
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Delphi, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
