Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological, social, and economic shifts through 2026
- Develop innovation frameworks for quantum computing, neurotech, and sustainable ecosystems
- Partner with C-suite to embed future-ready strategies into product roadmaps
- Curate and analyze exponential tech signals from global research ecosystems
- Design scenario-planning models for disruptive market transitions
- Host executive briefings on emerging paradigm shifts and competitive disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-generation solutions
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of mapping exponential technology trends
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership on future-facing topics
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on transformation
- Portfolio demonstrating future-shaping projects or research
