Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 strategic roadmaps by identifying disruptive technologies and market inflection points
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze global trends (demographic, technological, environmental) for competitive advantage
- Present scenario-based forecasts to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build foresight frameworks using data analytics and predictive modeling
- Partner with R&D to integrate emerging technologies into core business operations
- Drive cultural adoption of future-oriented thinking across all departments
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with tech focus
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) strongly preferred
