- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning and trend analysis
- Champion cross-functional innovation workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps
- Produce high-impact futurist reports and executive briefings for board-level stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to forecast long-term market disruptions
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities into predictive modeling for strategic decision support
- Drive organizational culture shift toward proactive adaptation to future paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
