Responsibilities

- Partner with MIT Media Lab and World Economic Forum on global innovation initiatives
- Mentor emerging futurists through Horizon's Future Leaders program
- Quantify ROI of future-proofing initiatives using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Represent Horizon at Davos, TED, and UN Innovation Summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published research on exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented organizational change
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and sustainable development frameworks
- Proficiency in futures research tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
