Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Horizon Reports' identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Scenarios' workshops with C-suite executives and product teams
- Design strategic roadmaps for quantum-resistant infrastructure and AGI integration
- Partner with policy think tanks to shape regulatory frameworks for emerging tech ethics
- Drive innovation sprints focused on climate adaptation and sustainable tech solutions
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and government advisory boards
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI trajectories
- Proven track record of delivering actionable strategic recommendations to leadership
- Published thought leadership in futurist publications or academic journals
- Experience with policy advocacy and public-private partnership frameworks
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS) required
