Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech, etc.) to inform strategic planning for 2026
- Develop scenario-based frameworks for future market disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and innovation priorities
- Produce forward-looking reports and presentations for executive leadership and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks to scout emerging innovations
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies to identify early-stage opportunities
- Mentor junior strategists on futures thinking and trend analysis techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or corporate foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating past futurist projects or strategic foresight work
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (preferred)
