Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Produce executive-ready reports on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Design cross-functional innovation workshops to align organizational capabilities with future demands
- Establish early-warning systems for disruptive threats and opportunity identification
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Maintain proprietary database of emerging trends and paradigm shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable insights
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) required
- Experience with foresight software tools (e.g., Foresight Platform, SAMI)
