- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging domains (Web4, AGI, sustainable tech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-vision initiatives
- Produce annual 'Horizon Report' with actionable recommendations for C-suite
- Identify disruptive threats and opportunities in competitive landscapes
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Represent company at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, tech foresight, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of mapping multi-year technological roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, quantum systems, or biotech convergence
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Presentation skills for executive audiences and global forums
- Published research on emerging tech trends (journal/conference)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Strategy (required)
