Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to resolve hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Document technical issues and solutions using IT service management tools
- Collaborate with senior team members on network security protocols
- Assist with onboarding new employees and equipment setups
- Monitor system performance and conduct routine maintenance
- Train end-users on software applications and best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus
