- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business operations
- Publish thought leadership in futurist publications and conferences
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Strong quantitative modeling skills with Python/R/SPSS
- Experience with scenario planning and risk horizon mapping
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and executive audiences
