Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating post-2025 disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation gaps and future-proof business models
- Produce whitepapers and policy briefs on ethical AI deployment and climate resilience
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions (neural interfaces, carbon capture tech)
- Represent FutureWorks at global forums (World Economic Forum, Davos) as a future thought leader
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Published work on 2020s technology disruption (peer-reviewed journals or industry reports)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and scenario planning frameworks
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Flourish) and trend analysis platforms
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their ethical implications
- Experience advising C-suite executives on future-proofing strategies
