Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/societal trends to forecast 2026-2030 market landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI integration, climate tech, and human-machine collaboration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios
- Produce white papers and thought leadership on disruptive innovations
- Advise C-suite on portfolio diversification for future-proof growth
- Monitor global policy shifts affecting technological adoption
- Build proprietary foresight frameworks using predictive analytics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI)
- Published author or speaker at Davos/WEF/Aspen events
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Kumu, Foresight Platform)
- Experience with UN SDGs and climate resilience frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating trend-translation into commercial impact
- Global network of futurists and academic collaborators
