- Produce annual Future State whitepapers with predictive analytics

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in trend analysis or innovation strategy at Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Proven track record developing predictive models for complex systems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., ACFS preferred)
- Deep understanding of ESG frameworks for 2030 sustainability goals
