- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with executive teams to translate foresight into actionable plans
- Author thought leadership reports and present at industry conferences on emerging tech trends
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Quantify market opportunities and ROI projections for emerging technologies
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology foresight
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive experience
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFP) preferred
